Meet the Broker

Natalie has transitioned this knowledge into her current role as the President and Broker of First Statewide Realty. Natalie has been a reliable part of the First Statewide Realty team since 2007. With over ten years of experience as a property manager, she sets the bar high for quality of service. Natalie also takes pride in maximizing an investor's potential by performing 1031 exchanges. She is licensed throughout the state of California, but networks with others throughout the nation to help her clients with their investment goals. She stays up to date with the current laws and regulations by serving on subcommittees for the CAA (California Apartment Association) and lobbying for landlord rights. In her spare time, she is either volunteering within her community, spending quality time with her husband and son, on the trails with her dirtbike or simply enjoying the outdoors which brings her back to her roots.
